Ryerson University is situated in one of the most diverse cities in the world, and steps away from the busiest intersection in Canada. Main campus is located between College and Dundas station on the Yonge-University-Spadina TTC Subway line, and if travelling by subway you can exit either subway station to find Ryerson. If you’re driving, we’re located on Yonge Street one block north of Dundas or on Victoria Street, one block east of Yonge. There are two dates (choose one): August 16 and August 22. Register at: http://www.ryerson.ca/studentlearningsupport/study-skills-and-transition-support/

If you would like to be part of programming specifically designed for Commuter Students, please sign up here!

During Orientation Week:

Ryerson to the Core is one of the ways we try to meet you where you’re at: we’ll have upper year students and Ryerson community members welcoming you before you even get to campus. As a commuter, look for folks wearing Ryerson gear at various TTC/GO and major intersections – whether you need directions, someone to join you on your ride, or just a friendly face to begin your day, Ryerson to the Core will get you here.

Ryerson to the Core is a strategy dedicated to providing commuter students with experiences connected to your identity as a commuter. RTTC is a program designed to promote inclusivity and a sense of belonging amongst commuter students while offering strategies to enhance wellness, learning, community, personal development and professional development.

Throughout Orientation Week from Monday, August 28 to Friday, September 1, 2017, we will have volunteers at the following TTC Stations and Major Intersections to provide a warm, enthusiastic welcome and provide any directions or information needed:

TTC Stations:

  • Dundas Station
  • College Station

  • Union Station
  • St. George Station

Major Intersections:
